Multicultural Family Center provides a welcoming and stimulating environment for community groups and organizations including NAACP (National Association for the Advancement of Colored People), LULAC (League of United Latin American Citizens), Iowa State University Extension & Outreach, Getting Ahead, Dubuque Black Men Coalition, Dubuque for Refugee Children, Gaining Opportunities, social workers and foster families, transracial adoption family support groups, and more.
