Adrianna Johnson

Assistant Director

Adrianna Johnson is a dedicated higher education and community engagement professional with a strong background in student support, outreach, and inclusive programming. A graduate of the University of Dubuque, Adrianna has built her career around empowering individuals and strengthening community connections through education, advocacy, and service.

Her professional experience includes roles in admissions, college and career coaching, education, and human services, where she has worked closely with diverse student populations, families, and community partners. Adrianna is passionate about creating welcoming environments that promote cultural awareness and opportunity for all. She brings experience in program coordination, community outreach, event planning, student advising, and collaborative leadership.

In addition to her professional experience, Adrianna has been actively involved with the Multicultural Family Center through service on several event planning committees where she has contributed to community-centered programming and cultural celebrations that promote unity. 

Currently, Adrianna is pursuing her master’s degree, with plans to graduate in December 2026. As the new Assistant Director of the Multicultural Family Center, Adrianna looks forward to supporting programs and initiatives that celebrate togetherness and strengthen the Dubuque community through meaningful engagement and partnership.
