Chuck Harris

Chuck Harris has lived in the City of Dubuque since 2003. He received bachelor’s from Loras College. Mr Harris has been involved in many community groups from North End Neighborhood Association, First Congregational UCC to various other organizations. Mr. Harris is currently employed by the City of Dubuque in the Finance department. He has a passion for the MFC Mission and currently serves as the Marketing Chair for the MFC Board.
