The Multicultural Family Center (MFC) is open only to specific MFC and City of Dubuque programs and events. 

To enter this private event, all guests must follow Covid-19 precautions including social distancing and wearing a mask.  Guests must also agree to read and sign this document prior to entering:

Copies of the agreement will be available at the door.  You may also print, sign the document (one document per family member) and bring it with you to speed up entry.

Dubuque Honors Indigenous Peoples' Day, October 11
DUBUQUE, IOWA—Dubuque will celebrate and honor Indigenous Peoples' Day with a FREE event on Monday, October 11th, 6-8pm, at the Multicultural Family Center (1157 Central Ave., Dubuque IA 52001). The two-hour program will feature music by the drum group Thunder Medicine, storytelling by Larry Lockwood (Northern Cheyenne), a talk by historian Mary Young Bear (Meskwaki), and a traditional Three Sisters Stew. Registration is required. If there are still openings, people may walk in and register. Covid-19 precautions followed including social distancing and wearing a mask.
