Danielle first moved to Dubuque to attend Loras College in 2003.  After completing her undergrad, Danielle moved to Chicago to work for a small creative event production agency, and later a large tech company as a meeting and conference manager.  She eventually found herself longing to move back to Dubuque, which she now intends to call home for a very long time.  Her tenure at the Multicultural Family Center began in college as an AmeriCorps volunteer when the center first opened at the White Street location, and she is proud to rejoin the organization 10 years later to serve on the board.  Danielle worked as an event technology manager at Clarke University for several years before starting her own company, Wicked River Event Production, which handles logistics for live events of all sizes.  She is also a local arts advocate and volunteers for many non-profits in the community.
